If you’ve heard strengths referred to frequently but want to get a deeper understanding of what Strengths are and how they impact an individual’s Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Anna Harrington (Registered Public Health Nurse Specialist in occupational health) and Nic Jackson (Personal Strengths Coach)will walk through Mental Health and Wellbeing, discussing the part that understanding and optimising strengths plays in enabling individual and team performance.
